Level 2 Training costs £50.00 - £90.00 per candidate, per day depending on candidate numbers booked.

Stteps delivers cost effective training courses that are guided by National Occupational Standards. Our aim is to enable you to purchase training relevant to your employees needs, equipping them to deal with conflict within their role.

Our training course will provide employees with:

• The skills necessary to identify confrontational behaviour through the combination of observation, communication, threat and risk assessment,
• Provide participants with a host of skills and strategies, including implementing de-escalation techniques.to deal effectively and safely with confrontation.
• Enable course participants to take control of confrontational situations

The combination of theory and practical participation provides delegates with the opportunity to discuss and explore such issues in a safe learning environment.

Bespoke Training

Stteps recognises that resourcing training suitable to the needs of employees with diverse roles can be a difficult task. Generic training is a viable choice but it can also be a choice that leaves organisations with gaps in the training they are providing.
