Young people

Our support is designed to offer transitional services for young people, that enables them to move on from local authority care into independent living.

As believers in opportunity and commitment to the young people we support, our referral process is inclusive, not exclusive. Those who commission our services know us as a provider who can deliver a wide spectrum of support services. Although many have now defined us as an agency who successfully delivers specialist services to young people who may be experiencing a very challenging time in their life and as a result, challenge the services they are linked with.

Provision of Temporary Accommodation

Through the identification of a need for temporary accommodation the Directors of Stteps created a Community Interest Company that delivers Housing related service. In the delivery of support to young care leavers, we are often asked to provide temporary accommodation as part of the planning process for young people leaving care, this is done by stteps and temp2perm Housing working together. In this Stteps and Temp2perm Housing have become a bridge between Leaving Care teams and Local Authorities Homeless Departments.

Please do not hesitate to contact us if you would like any further information regarding and of the services we deliver.
