Stteps was founded in 2003 to deliver support to young people and families who are at risk of becoming homeless or who are homeless. Since its foundation the organisation’s skills base has broadened and now includes the provision of good quality temporary accommodation (Temp2perm Housing) and support to vulnerable people. Our approach to holistic support for people with complex and multiple needs is recognised as being fundamental in people achieving independent living.

Training Services

Stteps delivers cost effective Training Services that are guided by National Occupational Standards. Our aim is to enable you to purchase training relevant to your employees needs, equipping them to deal with conflict within their role.

Stteps Ltd is a Quality Award Centre of the Institute of Conflict Management (ICM) and operates to the ICM Code of Practice.

The ICM is dedicated to ‘Setting Standards’ in the prevention and management of aggression and conflict.

We are an accredited Landlord by the Landlord Accreditation Wales scheme, Qualified in Housing and a Corporate member of the CIH. We are registered as mentors for housing professions. We also have been retained as a Chartered institute of Housing associate trainer in Housing and Supported Housing.
